A man suspected of killing a police officer this week in Newman, California, has been arrested, according to Deputy Blake Edwards with the Kern County Sheriff's Office.The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Department announced that Gustavo Perez Arriaga was arrested this morning at a home in Bakersfield, California. Arriaga was arrested and will be transported to Stanislaus County.
