WASHINGTON, D.C. – President Donald Trump said Thursday that he will soon sign an executive order that will establish a commission to promote "patriotic education" in schools. He said it will be called the “1776 Commission,” named after the year the United States was founded.“It will encourage our educators to teach our children about the miracle of American history and make plans to honor the 250th anniversary of our founding,” said Trump during a speech at the National Archive Museum on Constitution Day.Trump also announced that the National Endowment for the Humanities has awarded a grant to support the development of pro-American curriculum that he says celebrates the truth about the nation’s history.“The only path to national unity is through our shared identity as Americans,” said Trump. “That is why it is so urgent that we restore patriotic education to our schools.”During his speech, Trump took aim, again, at The 1619 Project, an initiative developed by The New York Times Magazine in 2019. The project “aims to reframe the country’s history by placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of Black Americans at the very center of our national narrative.”Trump claims The 1619 Project distorts American History and he blames Democrats.“The left has warped, distorted and defiled the American story with deceptions, falsehoods and lies. There is no better example that The New York Times’ totally discredited 1619 Project,” said Trump. “This project rewrites American history to teach our children that we were founded on the principle of oppression, not freedom. Nothing could be further from the truth.”In the past, Trump has threatened to cut funding to public schools that implement The 1619 Project into their curriculum. At the end of his speech, Trump signed a Constitution Day proclamation.“Our youth will be taught to love America with all of their heart and all of their soul. It looks like a big computer chip and then it's just flown around."These quad copters basically are little laptops with hacker tools on them," Brown said.Wireless, Blue Tooth, and R-F-I-D signals are all vulnerable, these drone can access places a normal hacker couldn't even reach."Buildings that are centrally located inside a corporate campus. There are you know near the street buildings where you couldn't necessarily see the Wi-Fi from the parking lot because it's a secure campus lesser or a wireless in a conference room on the 50th floor that witnesses are going to get from the ground,"  Brown said. So how often is this happening? Brown says it's tough to track, because companies are embarrassed to say if they've been hacked this way. He says the threat alone, should be a wake up call."One of the biggest advantages from a hacker's perspective is that it reduces your chances of getting caught is even more brazen," Brown said.Brown says anyone could be targeted, from an office park to your neighborhood block preventing drones from being there is extremely difficult.  Signal blockers in those frequencies to stop the drones from flying are illegal. 1961

Washington Capitals forward Devante Smith-Pelly was allegedly on the receiving end of taunts from fans in Chicago's United Center, forcing security to remove several of those responsible for the chants. After Smith-Pelly was penalized for fighting with the Blackhawks' Connor Murphy, he could be seen tapping his stick on the glass of the penalty box and confronting a group of fans. According to the Washington Post, one of the penalty box officials contacted arena security to have the fans removed. Smith-Pelly said the fans chanted "basketball, basketball, basketball" at Smith-Pelly. Smith-Pelly, a 25-year-old Canadian, is one of roughly two dozen black players currently in the NHL. "I just heard some chanting, some racially charged chanting I guess, and you could tell by my reaction, I got pretty upset," Smith-Pelly said on Sunday. "What was said this time around crossed the line."Smith-Pelly said this is not the first time an incident like this has happened. "It has happened in hockey before, it has happened to people we personally know, (my father and I) have had this conversation before," Smith-Pelly said. "A few ignorant people being idiots, that's it." NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman issued a statement on Sunday supporting the decision to eject the fans. "The National Hockey League condemns this unacceptable and reprehensible behavior," Bettman said. "The League fully supports the actions taken by the United Center and the Blackhawks to eject the offenders and would expect the same response to any similarly unacceptable behavior at any of our arenas."While this incident was isolated in nature, no player, coach, official or fan should ever have to endure such abuse at one of our games.
