A former prosecutor in the case against Roger Stone, a former advisor and longtime ally to President Donald Trump, testified before the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday that Stone was treated differently because of his relationship to the president.Aaron Zelinsky, who prosecuted Stone's case as a part of special counsel Robert Mueller's team, appeared before the Judiciary Committee Wednesday. Reports indicate that the Judiciary Committee plans to subpoena Barr later this year to force him to testify in connection with the investigation.A DOJ spokeswoman says that Barr decided the sentence proposed was "excessive," and denied that Barr spoke with Trump about the decision.Stone was convicted on charges of lying to Congress, which obstructed the investigation into Russia's meddling in the 2016 election. A local pastor is speaking out after he says a woman leaving a pizza place in Detroit coughed on him as they crossed paths. The woman was wearing a mask, he wasn’t, and the whole incident was captured on surveillance video.Michael Hale and his wife Victoria were out celebrating Juneteenth, but when the couple went to get a pizza the celebration turned to anger. He says a woman started interrogating him about not wearing a mask.“She literally started to say things to me like, where is your mask or did you lose your mask. And so I told her my mask is in the car, I’m not going to be in here,” he said. “She literally walked back out, leaned over and coughed directly into my face."Surveillance video of the incident captured every moment, from when Michael crosses paths with that woman and she appears to cough in his face. Michael immediately reacted.“I just basically told her that you can’t do this stuff, 'why did you do this to me. I didn’t do anything to you like that,'” Michael recalled.His wife, Victoria, was sitting in the car and couldn’t believe what she saw. She says they filed a police report after the incident but was told police can’t do anything about it.“The sergeant told me that no criminal charges will be filed against her and in the State of Michigan it is currently not a crime to cough on someone," Victoria said. "But, according to the prosecutor they can’t go after things like this because it’s not a crime and they don’t have the resources to pursue these types of things."Michael says he should of had his mask on, but what happened to him shouldn’t have happened at all.“You don’t have the opportunity to police me and to ridicule me for not wearing my mask because no one made you in charge,” he said.DPD would only confirm to us they are investigating. Gibson's Chief Financial Officer, Bill Lawrence, left the firm six months before 5 million of senior secured notes were due to mature. Lawrence had been working for the company for little over a year before he left, reports say."Another 5 million in bank loans will come due immediately if those notes, issued in 2013, are not refinanced by July 23," the Nashville Post report says.Bond holders are frustrated.The Gibson company recently sold a former Baldwin Piano warehouse in The Gulch. The warehouse was sold for .4 million, the Nashville Post says."It also is trying to sell the nearby Valley Arts building on Church Street, although that deal has landed in court. A Lake Geneva, Wisconsin family is trying to raise money to bring their teenager home from a trip overseas where he became ill.Nathan Dyer traveled to Morocco with his cousin Ashley Benyamina and her husband Mohammed who is from the North African country. He fell ill on April 15 and is now in a coma receiving care in Paris. The beginning of the trip was great, Ashley and Mohammed said, and Nathan was enjoying everything the country had to offer.“He was in the desert running in the dunes, he was climbing mountains we were playing soccer in the streets,” Mohammed said.Then when the three returned to Marrakesh, Nathan started exhibiting symptoms of what they thought was travelers sickness. Doctors gave him antibiotics and told him he’d be better in three or four days. That didn’t happen, so they made another doctor’s appointment.“The appointment was like at 3 p.m. and at 2 p.m. He said, 'I’m really not feeling well, I think I have to go' and then he collapsed on the floor," Ashley said. Nathan has been in a coma ever since. Nathan had traveler’s insurance which got him transported by air ambulance to Paris for better care. That’s where he remains now.His mother has flown there to be with him. His insurance maxed out at ,000 for the trip from Morocco to Paris.
