The two of them continued to argue for about five minutes before the man in the suit gets off the train to check on the unconscious man.Medics eventually arrive to help the unconscious man, who was taken to a nearby hospital. His condition is not yet clear.Police and train officials are now investigating if the man in the suit committed a crime by dragging the man off the train."Obviously, this is very disturbing and we never want to see this on our system. Neither daughter is now enrolled at USC.Prosecutors wrote in a sentencing memorandum that the couple "involved both their daughters in the fraud, directing them to pose in staged photographs for use in fake athletic profiles and instructing one daughter how to conceal the scheme from her high school counselor."According to the memo, evidence shows that Giannulli, a 57-year-old fashion designer, was the more active participant.More than 50 people have been charged in the probe, which investigators dubbed operation "Varsity Blues."
