El Cajon Police continue to search for a wanted suspect while an officer recovers from being dragged down a road by a car. The suspect has been identified as 41-year-old David Pangilinan of Guam. He found a sleeping man and woman inside the car that was later determined to be a rental.The male driver of the car first tried to give false identification then started to put it into gear, so the officer tried to stop him. The officer got trapped in the car and was dragged down the road, then hit by another car. The SUV drove away and was deserted nearby, with the man and woman nowhere to be found. They are still on the loose and El Cajon police are asking for the public to report any information on their whereabouts.The officer is in critical condition as of Monday.A police officer in Guam said they’re on high alert and would know if he tried to return to the island because everyone who lands at the airport in Guam is required to go to a mandatory quarantine facility for six days. (KGTV) — East County authorities are searching for a reported person trying to lure students at a nearby elementary school.El Cajon Police said officials at Flying Hills Elementary requested extra patrols Thursday over concerns of someone trying to lure students. Police said a 9-year-old boy was in an alley near the 1300 block of North Cuyamaca St. when a man approached in a vehicle. The man waved to the boy and said "get in the car." The vehicle was described as a red sedan, while the suspect was described as a white man in his 20s, with a mustache, red shirt, and black baseball hat.Police said they are aware of two other separate incidents as well. The first was on Tuesday in the 100 block of South Mollison Ave. A 12-year-old girl was approached by a man in a vehicle as she was walking to school. The man asked her a question and made a sexual comment before driving away, police said.The man was described as a white man, with balding dark hair, "scruffy" unshaven face, and possibly wearing a gray shirt and gray pants.The second incident occurred that same day just after 3:15 p.m. on Swallow Dr. A 13-year-old girl was walking home east of Finsh St. when man on foot approached her and said "come with me, I'm safe." He was described as a white man in his 40s, with a gray beard, short dark hair, and last seen wearing tan shorts, a dark shirt, black baseball hat, and black backpack.Police are investigating all three incidents, but said they do not believe they are related. EL CAJON (CNS) - A man who rear-ended a pregnant woman's car in Ramona two years ago while driving drunk, killing the woman and her unborn child, was sentenced Monday to 34 years to life in state prison. Andrew Milonis, 46, was convicted last month of murder, gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and hit-and-run for the Mother's Day 2017 crash that killed 29-year-old Jessica Foderingham and her unborn daughter, who she and her husband had planned to name Ayanna. Deputy District Attorney Laura Evans read a letter from the victim's husband, who was driving ahead of his wife when he saw the crash in his rear-view mirror, pulled over and tried to pull her out of the wreckage. Her two young sons from a previous relationship were in the car with their stepfather, and saw the aftermath. ``I still hear them screaming in my dreams, saying, `Daddy, save Mommy,' and `Mommy, get up,''' he wrote.
