A candid photo of former Vice President Joe Biden has been shared more than 100,000 times as the former running mate of President Obama considers his own presidential run.The photo was taken by Paul Equale, who posted it on Facebook on Friday afternoon. The photo is tagged at an AMC movie theater in the Georgetown nieghborhood of Washington, D.C."Joe Biden took his granddaughter to the movies in Georgetown last night," Equale wrote. "On his way out he stopped to speak w/ a homeless man. A bystander took this candid shot. Character is about what you do when no one is watching."Reports indicate that Biden appeared to write the man a note.Later, Equale posted that his Facebook post led to receiving media requests from "everywhere" and receiving more than 25,000 friend requests.The post also led to renewed cries for Biden to run for the Democratic nominee for President in 2020. A Kentucky judge said Thursday that she hopes to issue a ruling soon on whether a grand juror in the Breonna Taylor case can speak publicly about the proceedings.Judge Annie O'Connell of the Jefferson County Circuit Court heard arguments during a 90 minute hearing Thursday from Kevin Glogower, the attorney for the unnamed grand juror, and Assistant Attorney General Victor Maddox.Glogower filed a motion on behalf of his client on Sept. 28, seeking a declaration of rights to "disclose information and details about the process and details of the grand jury proceedings."In a press conference held the next day, Glogower said his client had concerns about "truth and transparency.""Our client felt a strong conviction to step up and take action to get all of that information out," Glogower said at the time.Shortly after the motion was filed, Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron said his team had no concerns with grand jurors sharing "their thoughts on our presentation."But in a filing Wednesday, his office moved to dismiss the motion because "this type of broad and unchecked disclosure could jeopardize not only witnesses and other grand jurors but also set a dangerous legal precedent for future grand juries."Cameron's office has also suggested a disclosure by the grand juror could undermine the pending criminal case against former Louisville detective Brett Hankison, who was indicted by the grand jury for wanton endangerment."I think one of the problems with getting a fair trial, in a case as high profile as this, is finding a jury pool that has not been tainted by pretrial publicity," Maddox argued Thursday.O'Connell quickly challenged that argument."That cat's already out of the bag," she said. A famous guitar making company that's been in business more than 100 years could be headed into bankruptcy.A report by the Nashville Post in early February states Gibson Guitar is facing huge debt obligations. Gibson's Chief Financial Officer, Bill Lawrence, left the firm six months before 5 million of senior secured notes were due to mature. Lawrence had been working for the company for little over a year before he left, reports say."Another 5 million in bank loans will come due immediately if those notes, issued in 2013, are not refinanced by July 23," the Nashville Post report says.Bond holders are frustrated.The Gibson company recently sold a former Baldwin Piano warehouse in The Gulch. The warehouse was sold for .4 million, the Nashville Post says."It also is trying to sell the nearby Valley Arts building on Church Street, although that deal has landed in court. For a week, a dummy has been hanging perilously from the side of his house, unable to reach a ladder that's fallen.The knock-off was a bit too good. Last week, a day after the installation, Alfred Norwood Jr. stopped his car, jumped out and ran to help the man hanging from the roof.The tense moment was captured on the Heerlein's Nest camera."Can you reach it? Can you reach it?" Norwood calls up to the man on the roof, as seen in the video. "Help!" he yells toward the street, turns away and runs back to call the police.When Heerlein found out what happened, he and his family tracked down the good Samaritan to let him know the dummy was fine and thanked him for his efforts."The thing was out there only one day, and Alfred was running to save this man's life. Alfred is a veteran and it was his instinct. He was the only one who jumped out and tried to help," Heerlein told CNN on Monday."He thought the guy might have been electrocuted by the lights ... but the dummy wasn't responding," Heerlein said.A police officer who came to the door after the mixup said police had received several calls about the Christmas display saying there was a man hanging from the roof.After the attempted Clark Griswold rescue, Heerlein said he put up a sign letting people know Griswold is fine."Clark G. is part of our Christmas display. Please don't call 911," reads the sign. "That so far has been sufficient," Heerlein said.The homeowner and the good Samaritan reunited on Monday, a week after the incident.
