You could say Sindy Bregman and Allison Young are modern day golden girls. Bregman’s profile stated she was "neat, clean and responsible" and looking for the same to share her apartment. “The first person I pulled up was Sindy, and her introduction was just perfect for me,” recalls Young.The new friends and roommates are also fans of The Golden Girls, with Young calling herself a Blanche. “I think I’m more like a Dorothy,” replies Bregman. However, the pair says there’s another sitcom that may be even more appropriate to describe them. Two years ago, the bank's employees got a raise to a minimum of an hour, according to a company press release.BofA is not the first main street bank to up minimum compensation for its employees. Denney is flying out to San Diego, California, to accept her award on Monday, an honor she says she knew nothing about.“There are thousands of applicants, I didn't know I was nominated,” said Denney. “I became the 2019 unsung hero for the country so one person in the whole United States and it still just blows my mind that that's still a thing.”The award is for her lifesaving efforts that have made a difference in Taft.Out of thousands of nominees, Denney made the top 5 in February, and was awarded ,000. OCEANSIDE, Calif. (KGTV) - Two women were injured after a car plowed into a building in Oceanside. Oceanside police were called out to 3300 block of Genoa Way just before 5:30 p.m. Police say the driver of the vehicle stepped on the gas instead of the brake. The crash happened at a clubhouse inside a gated 55 and over community. Police say two women were inside playing bridge when the vehicle crashed into the room. Police say they were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. One of the women was the driver’s wife. Structural engineers examined the building and said it was safe and will remain open. 629
