They toured with @therealtechn9ne and even performed on Wildnout, at SXSW and other festivals. And Bowers was the energy of the group, a writer, rapper, singer, skateboarder.??! The kid could do it all, but like most of us he had his own demons and darkness that he struggled with. We would often talk about God and Spirituality and he got to a place where it all was confusing for him and he couldn’t trust anyone. I told him I would always have his back and would be there for him so when I got the call today that he slit his throat and then immediately after the San Diego police shot him numerous times. (KGTV) — Two brothers are behind bars after deputies say they got into a road rage incident and robbed a driver in Vista.On Tuesday, just before 9:30 a.m. near the 1300 block of Melrose Way, San Diego Sheriff's Department says Matthew, 29, and John, 23, Giordano were driving in a lifted grey Silverado pick-up truck. Deputies say for some reason, Matthew became angry and began to follow another vehicle and displayed a weapon to the driver.At one point, the truck cut off the driver and came to a stop, deputies say.Deputies said Matthew got out of his truck and started punching the driver's side window. Once the driver opened the door, Matthew took about ,000 worth of jewelry and money from the driver, deputies added.During the confrontation, John used a metal tool to smash the driver's windshield and the windshield of a second car not involved in the original incident, deputies say. The brothers then drove off.One of the victims suffered minor injuries from broken glass. VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- A Vista judge has dropped two charges against Gerardo Martinez Sr., a father arrested last week by San Diego County Sheriff's deputies. Martinez Sr. was facing two charges, felony resisting arrest, and lynching of an officer. The video surfaced last week. Martinez Sr. and his son, Gerardo Martinez Jr., arrested by five deputies. The family says the deputies used excessive force and that the two men were compliant and already in handcuffs. On Monday, the family demanded the department release body cam video and conduct an independent investigation. They also want to see the deputies involved prosecuted. The sheriff's department says they were called for a domestic dispute and that Martinez Jr. was armed with a knife. Deputies were also called to the home in late April for another incident involving Martinez Jr. The family's legal team did not address any questions about what lead up to the video but said Martinez Jr. has an issue with mental illness. They plan on filing civil lawsuits at the end of the week. The deputies in the video are on administrative duty as the investigation continues.   1186

Barr went to the White House on Monday, where Trump said he submitted his letter of resignation.
