BRIDGETON, N.J. – Authorities have released a sketch of a man they want to speak with in the case of a 5-year-old girl who went missing from a New Jersey park. The Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office says the girl, Dulce Maria Alavez, disappeared from the Bridgeton City Park Recreational Area at about 5 p.m. on Sept. 16. The sketch that prosecutors released Tuesday is of a person who has been reported to have been seen in the park around the time Dulce went missing. A witness who recently came forward says the person was with one or two children under the age of 5 years old. The person was reported to have been wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a white baseball style hat at the time. The man is reported to be Hispanic, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, with a slender build, and between 30 and 35 years old. Prosecutors want to clarify that the sketch is not from the child witness who gave authorities an initial description which led to an Amber Alert on Sept. 17. “We are asking this person (or anyone who may recognize him) to come forward as investigators wish to speak with him as it is believed that he may have information that is helpful in determining the circumstances that led to Dulce’s disappearance,” prosecutors wrote.Anyone who can identify this individual or who has information about the case is asked to contact Bridgeton Police Department at 856-451-0033. BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Police responded to multiple reports of shots fired at Town Center Mall in Boca Raton on Sunday, but later determined that no shots had been fired.“The tips seem to center around a loud noise that occurred," Boca Raton Police Chief Dan Alexander said.According to Alexander, one person who was originally reported to have suffered a gunshot wound was hurt when he hit his head on a door while fleeing the scene.“I hear a boom! And I thought that boom was like a balloon or someone falling or something, but as I look back … I see a bunch of kids yelling and crying and screaming, 'run, run, run, a shooter!'" eyewitness Stephanie Silva said.Detectives were able to recover both blood and hair on that door.Alexander said no weapon, casings or rounds of ammunition were found at the scene.“We have not identified any suspect, no gunshots or gunfire," Alexander said. “Right now we’re currently combing with assistance of ATF, they have dogs that can determine that, so that will be a focus of our investigation.”According to Alexander, the tips they received centered around a loud noise that occurred.“The important thing to remember is that something happened in that mall today to cause people to get concerned, a lot of people," he said.At this time detectives do not know what made the loud noise that caused the panic. Canadian officials on Thursday said that seven people were killed in a plane crash in Kingston, Ontario, which is located along Lake Ontario, near the border with New York. According to CTV, three children were among those killed in Wednesday's plane crash.An official from Canada's Transportation Safety Board said weather may have been a factor. Winds in the area reached 50 MPH around the time of the crash."Pilots are always faced with, you know, obtaining the latest weather, looking at the forecast, looking at the weather along different stations and the weather from one station may vary greatly from another station," Ken Webster from the Transportation Safety Board said. "So at this point, all we have to go on is is we know that it was a deteriorating to some point. So we have to look into exactly the route of the aircraft, where and how the weather was along his route and when he got here, what it was like. So that's what we need to do."The plane took off from Toronto's Buttonville Municipal Airport, and was attempting to land at the airport in Kingston.
