WASHINGTON — The federal government is outlining a sweeping plan to make COVID-19 vaccines available for free to all Americans, but polls show a strong undercurrent of skepticism across the country. Monday afternoon the Department of Homeland Security itself was added to the list of agencies that have been compromised, according to the Washington Post. The list of victims is expected to grow and could include both more government agencies and private companies. FireEye would not say who it suspected. Federal agencies have long been attractive targets for foreign cyberspies.
