(CNS) - Television personality Steve-O duct-taped himself to a billboard in Hollywood Thursday to publicize his new project titled "Gnarly."Firefighters were sent to the 1700 block of North Cahuenga Boulevard at 9:35 a.m. to assist police with what was preliminarily classified as "an apparent single-patient behavioral emergency," according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.Steve-O posted a selfie on Instagram, showing several layers of what appeared to be black tape covering his body as he stood on a platform with his back to the billboard, which had the word "Gnarly" on it and a reference to his website.Police said the prankster, known for the "Jackass" television series and movies, was not arrested. 737

In fact, in 2016, Ikea recalled millions of dressers and other pieces of furniture for fear that the items could tip over and crush young children.However, experts say there's an easy fix to the problem that takes less than 10 minutes.According to Patrick McNulty of "Child Safe Childproofing," you'll need a hand drill, a drill bit, a stud finder and a pencil. You'll also need a child-safe strap, like the ones made of metal and seatbelt material that can be found on Amazon.McNulty recommends using two straps for dressers at least 2 feet tall.First, using the stud finder, find the studs at either end of the wall behind the dresser. Mark those spots with the pencil.Next,attach one side of the strap to the dresser. Then, slide the dresser close to the wall and attach the other end of the strap to the wall.McNulty says every 17 minutes a child gets hurt by tipping furniture. More than 46 percent of all tip-overs happen in the bedroom.With simple tools and 10 minutes of work, McNulty says you could save a life.  “Any ER visit you end up paying for, it's going to be far cheaper to just strap all the furniture,” he said. 1233

But this year, the Government Accountability Office says 3 million more people are expected to join that 18 percent.Tax attorney Michelle McCarthy, with Gantenbein Law Firm, says a majority of people expected to owe money to the IRS will be large families. (AP) — A commercial pilot from Oregon raised a giant pumpkin weighing 2,170 pounds (984 kilograms) to win a pumpkin-weighing contest in Northern California.Steve Daletas, of Pleasant Hill, Oregon, on Monday credited a good seed and lots of sunny days since he planted it April 15 hoping to win the 45th World Championship Pumpkin Weigh-Off in Half Moon Bay, California.It is the fourth time Daleta takes top honors at the annual pumpkin-weighing contest. He won ,190 for the lumpy pumpkin that will be showcased at Half Moon Bay Art & Pumpkin Festival this weekend.He says he used a backhoe to place it on a pickup truck and drove it for 12 hours to California.The world record for largest pumpkin was set in a 2014 weigh-off in Germany by Swiss farmer Beni Meier who grew a 2,323-pound (1,053 kilograms) pumpkin. 850
