Since then, three other teams have represented the South Bay in central Pennsylvania, and each time, the community rallies together for send-offs, viewing parties, and championship parades. Luke Ramirez celebrated his 13th birthday during Park View's magical run in 2009. Chipotle is scrapping chorizo from its menu.A spokesperson for the Mexican chain restaurant said in an email that chorizo made up less than three-percent of the companies sales, compared to the other meats offered like steak, chicken and barbacoa.As the company was testing its recently-added queso dip in Colorado and California, it was also testing chorizo. One market sold both queso and chorizo while the other sold queso."Our aim in doing that was to get a sense for customer reaction and operational efficiencies," the spokesperson said. "When we made the decision to rollout queso nationwide, we ultimately decided to add queso and remove chorizo."It is not clear exactly when restaurants would stop selling chorizo, however.A week after Chipotle unveiled its queso, people have taken to social media to share their reviews. Foodies long asked Chipotle to add queso to its menu, but the restaurant had trouble finding a way to make it without additives. (KGTV) -- Hundreds of thousands of veterans and active duty military call San Diego County home, but a group says they are facing big disadvantages when trying to buy a house here.The San Diego Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals says more than 60 percent of listings in the county won't accept offers with V.A. loans.The federally backed loans don't require a down payment or mortgage insurance. Those eligible in San Diego County can borrow up to about 0,000 without any cash down. "We have served, and the V.A. loan is a guaranteed loan," said Andre Hobbs, a San Diego realtor and veteran who heads the association.Hobbs says the benefit is backfiring for some home seekers in San Diego's ultra-competitive housing market. It's because he says sellers are opting for offers instead that include cash down payment because of a misperception about V.A. applicants."They assume that this buyer is ready to walk," Hobbs said. "He's not motivated."Mark Goldman, a real-estate lecturer at San Diego State University, said there are some misconceptions about V.A. loans, such as that they are more complex. (KGTV) - California Highway Patrol officers opened fire, fatally shooting a suspect after a chase that began in Orange County ended in Chula Vista, the agency said.The chase started just before midnight when, for an unknown reason, Santa Ana Police attempted a traffic stop.The pursuit continued through San Diego County until coming to an end near I-805 south and East Orange Avenue around 1:30 a.m.At some point, CHP says officers opened fire on the suspect, who was later pronounced dead at the hospital. CHP did not say whether the driver was armed or whether there was anyone else in the vehicle.No CHP officers were hit, the agency confirmed. According to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department, all lanes of the southbound 805 near Orange Avenue remain closed due to the investigation.
