(KGTV) - Extra security officers are in place at Eastlake High School in Chula Vista Friday due to confusion over a school threat at a similarly named school near Tampa, Florida.Pinellas County, Fla. deputies found an unspecific threat written on a wall of a girl’s bathroom at East Lake High School in Tarpon Springs Thursday, according to TampaBay.com. The threat, which was also posted on Snapchat, warned students not to come to school Friday.Word of the Florida threat spread on San Diego County social media pages Thursday night, according to Sweetwater Union High School District spokesperson Manuel Rubio.There is no credible threat to Eastlake High School, Rubio said.As a precaution, the local school added extra security officers on campus Friday.  Families also received an automated phone call Friday morning to reassure them the campus was safe, according to Rubio.The written threat to Florida's East Lake High School has also been deemed not credible, said Pinellas County Sgt. (KGTV) - A woman was found unconscious and bloody outside a Chula Vista laundromat Friday night.Paramedics responded to reports of an unconscious woman at the Coin-Op laundromat near Broadway and F Street just after 9 p.m.The woman had apparently been beaten and left on the sidewalk on the side of the strip mall.Ivonne Campos, who works at a nearby Mexican restaurant said her bosses saw the woman as they were leaving for the night.Campos came over to help the woman, who she believes is homeless. CHULA VISTA (KGTV) -- Chula Vista Police have arrested six suspects in an assault with a deadly weapon and robbery of a 16-year-old boy that occurred at a Chula Vista restaurant last Thursday, law enforcement officials announced.Police officials said that four juveniles and two adults, all of whom are suspected of participating in the April 11 attack, were taken into custody on Wednesday. Four of the suspects, aged between 15- and 17-years-old, attended Morse High School and have since been suspended.The two adult suspects, Kent Pasunting, 18, and Aldrin Uy, 19, attended Mark Twain High School, an alternative/continuation high school with a campus located at Morse High School. The victim and family, along with representatives of the Cotixan restaurant, all cooperated in the investigation. All six suspects were identified, in part, by the video, Collum said.The family says their teen was waiting for his mom to pick him up at Cotixan Mexican Restaurant last Thursday after school, when a group of teens walked in and started kicking and punching the boy.In the video, you can see someone on the ground getting repeatedly punched and kicked. "On April 11th the victim and his girlfriend were sitting at the Cotixan restaurant when the suspects walked-in unexpectedly," Collum said. CINCINNATI -- A fire at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden Monday evening summoned 40 firefighters and caused ,000 in damage but did not harm any humans or animals, according to District Fire Chief Randal Freel.The fire started in a restaurant food smoker around 5:25 p.m., Freel said. The zoo closes at 5 p.m. on Mondays, so there was no danger to customers.Crews spent 15 minutes containing the blaze.
