(KGTV) — Guitar Center, the county's largest musical instrument retailer, is expected to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after reaching a deal to restructure its debt.According to Bloomberg, the retailer's restructuring plan aims to reduce its debt by 0 million. "With ten consecutive quarters of growth prior to the impact from COVID-19, we have been pleased with our resilient financial performance during these challenging times created by the pandemic," Guitar Center CEO Ron Japinga said in a statement. "As a result of this financial restructuring process, we will be better equipped to execute on and invest in our strategic growth initiatives and we will continue delivering through the strength of our brands, availability of our stores, customer-focused associate relationships, innovative music education programs and our expanding digital solutions."The plan includes 5 million in new investments from funds managed by the company's private equity owner Ares Management, the Carlyle Group, and Brigade Capital Management, Bloomberg reported.Filing for Chapter 11 would allow Guitar Center to keep operating while the company works to turn around its business performance. (KGTV) — A California Highway Patrol officer found himself in the right place at just the right time this week on a Northern California freeway.CHP officer Jeffrey Lloyd was completing a traffic stop on State Route 99 Monday when an SUV pulled up behind him. A woman in the right passenger seat was going into labor and about to give birth, according to CHP'S South Sacramento office.Officer Lloyd informed dispatch of the situation and gatherer medical equipment to help deliver the baby right there on the freeway. (KGTV) - A man accused of leading police on a lengthy, high-speed pursuit in Oklahoma City Friday recorded the incident on Facebook Live.Sirens could be heard blaring in the background as the man drives the reportedly stolen truck. The man identified himself as the suspect in the chase, yelling, "I'm in a high-speed chase, bro!" out the window at another person.Watch the video below:At least three crashes were caused as a result of the hours-long chase, according to KOCO in Oklahoma.The chase began on Interstate 240 in southwest Oklahoma City and continued into Moore, OK.
