Following the diagnosis, Kamila received her first blood transfusion at the Rady Children’s Hospital when she was two months old.Her mother, Maria Saradpon, described what it felt like to find out her daughter has a blood disorder. “I cried because it’s scary. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Thousands march along San Diego Bay in support of a variety of social issues Saturday.The fourth annual Women's March began at 10 a.m. at Waterfront Park, near the County Administration building at 1600 Pacific Highway. The rally focused on reproductive, disability and LGBTQ rights, and environmental justice issues, according to the march's website.Women's March San Diego aims to "harness the political power of diverse women and their communities to create transformative social change." The first Women's March was held in 2017, the day after President Donald Trump was sworn into office.
