MILFORD, Ohio -- Tiffany Stone had a feeling she wasn't going to make it to the hospital when she started going into labor with her daughter, Ember Ray. "I knew it was moving really fast, and that's when I really started feeling pressure like she was getting close, and I just so happened to have her on the road," Stone said. Stone and her husband, Patrick Stone, welcomed their third child into the world Friday morning in a parking lot in Milford, Ohio, just outside of Cincinnati."We hit a curve, and it was like she was born," Tiffany Stone said. "And right in the middle of that turn, she had the baby, caught the baby, and I looked over and almost wrecked because I couldn't believe the baby was in her arm," Patrick Stone said.He called 911, and Miami Township Fire and Police came out to assist the family and take the family to Anderson Mercy Hospital."I don't think it really becomes real until you actually see the baby," Tiffany Stone said. "I mean, you go through all the motions and pregnancy sickness, but once the baby is actually on you and on your chest, it's the most incredible, it's just a beautiful miracle. It's the most beautiful thing."Ember was born a healthy 6.5 lbs. girl. "She was born on Good Friday, and you know, it's a really good, happy day today," Tiffany Stone said. 1331

Midterms, look what you made Taylor Swift do.In a rare move, singer Taylor Swift has weighed in on politics in a major way, endorsing Tennessee Democrats Phil Bredesen and Jim Cooper, who are running for Senate and House of Representatives, respectively.By her own admission, Swift has been "reluctant" to voice her political opinions in the past, but, she said in an Instagram post, "due to several events in my life and in the world in the past two years, I feel very differently about that now.""I always have and always will cast my vote based on which candidate will protect and fight for the human rights I believe we all deserve in this country," she wrote. "I believe in the fight for LGBTQ rights, and that any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender is WRONG. I believe that the systemic racism we still see in this country towards people of color is terrifying, sickening and prevalent."Swift went after Bredesen's senate race rival, Republican Rep. Marsha Blackburn, in her post, saying the politician's voting record "appalls and terrifies me."Bredesen served as governor of Tennessee from 2003 to 2011.In a tweet, Bredesen thanked Swift for her "kind words.""I'm honored to have your support and that of so many Tennesseans who are ready to put aside the partisan shouting and get things done," he wrote. "We're ready for it.""The choice continues to be clear: voters can either have more of the same old partisan shouting that's coming out of D.C, or they can hire someone who has a track record of getting things done for Tennessee," Bredesen's campaign added in a statement to CNN.Swift included a plea to her young adult fans in her post, urging them to register before the deadline."So many intelligent, thoughtful, self-possessed people have turned 18 in the past two years and now have the right and privilege to make their vote count," she wrote. 1907

Meghan McCain, in her return to "The View" following the death of Sen. John McCain, remembered her father Monday as a man full of important ideals that she said still exist throughout the country."It made me so inspired that the ideals that my father espoused through his career are the ideals of America," she said, fighting back tears after an emotional welcome from her co-hosts."I think there was a lot of talk about what died with him. And I am here to tell you: it didn't. It is alive, and I need us to remember that," she continued. "He believed in American exceptionalism. He believed that America is the greatest country in the history of the world."McCain said that her father "would have loved" the tributes that were paid to him throughout the state of Arizona before he was laid to rest in Maryland. She also thanked her co-hosts for their support of her family and her father, telling Whoopi Goldberg that the Arizona Republican loved her."My father loved you, he loved you," she told Goldberg before receiving a tight hug from the comedian."You are my family, he loved you and you wanted me to come back here, which is why I'm here," she said.The-CNN-Wire 1177
