"The company will be requiring MyFitnessPal users to change their passwords and is urging users to do so immediately."The affected data includes usernames, email addresses and hashed passwords. The company doesn't collect Social Security numbers or driver's license information, and payment card data wasn't affected because the company said it's collected and stored separately.MyFitnessPal is a mobile app used to track meals and exercise. United Airlines is sending layoff warnings to 36,000 employees, nearly half its U.S. staff. It's the clearest signal yet of how deeply the COVID-19 pandemic is hurting the airline industry. United officials said Wednesday that they still hope to limit the number of layoffs by offering early retirement, but they have to send notices this month to comply with a law requiring that workers get 60 days' notice ahead of mass job cuts. The furloughs would include 11,000 flight attendants, 11,000 customer service and gate agents, 5,500 maintenance workers and 2,250 pilots. Two people were arrested on Friday and charged with endangering a child after overdosing and leaving a baby in a hot car in Canton.Stark County sheriff's deputies were dispatched after reports of two people lying on the ground from a possible overdose. When the first deputy arrived on the scene, a man, Cody Powell, was lying on the ground on his back. He appeared to be pale, was turning blue and was not breathing, according to the deputy's report. A woman, Michelle Hall, was lying on top of him by his legs.According to a witness who was holding the baby, she said she was driving through the parking lot when she saw two people lying on the ground. When she went to check it out, she noticed there was a baby in the back seat sweating profusely, so she took the baby out of the car and gave her water, according to the report. Tropical Storm Michael formed near the Yucatan Peninsula on Sunday, and it's on track to wallop the United States."The current forecast indicates the storm entering the Gulf of Mexico by Monday morning, strengthening to a hurricane by early Wednesday and likely targeting the Florida panhandle by late Wednesday," CNN meteorologist Gene Norman said.As of 4 p.m. Sunday, Tropical Storm Michael was centered about 130 miles southeast of Cozumel, Mexico, the National Hurricane Center said.But it's so big, people 200 miles away from the center are getting hit with tropical-storm-force winds (which have increased to at least 50 mph)."Strengthening is forecast during the next several days," the hurricane center said.Track the stormBefore Michael hits the United States, it's expected to dump 3 to 7 inches of rain on western Cuba."Isolated maximum amounts of 12 inches are possible in western Cuba," the hurricane center said. "This rainfall could lead to life-threatening flash floods and mudslides in areas of mountainous terrain."Michael's path to the Gulf is also affecting politics in Florida.Democratic gubernatorial nominee Andrew Gillum was scheduled to campaign in South Florida on Monday and Tuesday, but said he is suspending his campaign activity to address preparations for the storm, his campaign said.
