According to the Department, Mark Desimone, the owner of Pizza Pazza was arrested on September 5 for multiple counts of sexual battery. The department says the arrest stems from an investigation by detectives in Valley Center. According to investigators, the incidents occurred at Pizza Pazza at an unspecified time. Twitter says it has permanently banned an account linked to former Trump adviser Steve Bannon after he advocated violence against infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci and FBI director Christopher Wray.According to CNN, Twitter has banned the account for Bannon's podcast, "War Room: Pandemic." In an episode that was published on mutliple online platforms Thursday, Bannon falsely claimed that President Donald Trump had won the 2020 election (the race is still too close to call) and added that Trump should fire both Wray and Fauci in his next term."I'd put the heads on pikes. Right. I'd put them at the two corners of the White House as a warning to federal bureaucrats," Bannon said, according to CNN. Two people were arrested on Friday and charged with endangering a child after overdosing and leaving a baby in a hot car in Canton.Stark County sheriff's deputies were dispatched after reports of two people lying on the ground from a possible overdose. When the first deputy arrived on the scene, a man, Cody Powell, was lying on the ground on his back. He appeared to be pale, was turning blue and was not breathing, according to the deputy's report. A woman, Michelle Hall, was lying on top of him by his legs.According to a witness who was holding the baby, she said she was driving through the parking lot when she saw two people lying on the ground. When she went to check it out, she noticed there was a baby in the back seat sweating profusely, so she took the baby out of the car and gave her water, according to the report. Update: Police said the child admitted the story was a hoax.SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police warned the public Thursday about a kidnapping attempt in City Heights.A man drove up next to the child in the 2700 block of Violet Street about 1 p.m. The location is near Azalea Park and Manzanita Canyon, and several blocks from True Faith Missionary Baptist Church.The man was in a paneled work van with no side windows other than the passenger and driver’s windows.The child’s family reported the incident by driving to the Mid-City Police Substation on Landis St.Police did not provide details of the kidnapping attempt, or further information about the young victim.The man was described as white and possibly in his 40s. 735
