FALLBROOK (CNS) - A 14-year-old Fallbrook High School student was arrested today for allegedly making an online threat to carry out a shooting at the northern San Diego County campus, authorities reported.The teen was taken into custody early Wednesday afternoon in connection with the menacing social media post, which came to light Monday evening and included a photograph of a gun, according to sheriff's officials.``No weapons were found at the juvenile's residence, and it is believed the suspect had no intention of actually following through with a shooting,'' Sgt. Facebook is trying to be more transparent about how it decides what content to take down or leave up.On Tuesday, the company is making public for the first time its detailed internal community standards policies.The document is what Facebook's 7,500 content moderators use when deciding what is and isn't acceptable content, including hate speech, nudity, gun sales and bullying. A shorter version was previously available online.Facebook is also adding a way for individuals to appeal when it removes one of their posts because of sexual content, hate speech or violence. Appeals will be reviewed by a moderator within a day, the company promises. Eventually, it will add appeals for more types of content and for people who reported posts that weren't taken down.Every week, Facebook sifts through millions of reports from users about inappropriate posts, groups or pages. Additional posts are also flagged by Facebook's automated systems. FALLBROOK (CNS) - A 28-year-old man was busted in Fallbrook for agreeing to purchase alcohol for a minor, authorities said Saturday.The man was arrested Friday night in a so-called "Shoulder Tap" operation and was the only one out of 20 adults asked by a minor decoy working with deputies who agreed to purchase alcohol for the teenager, according to Sgt. Nancy Blanco of the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.The suspect was arrested on suspicion of furnishing alcohol to a minor, which is a misdemeanor, she said.Two men, ages 24 and 25, who were with the suspect were also taken into custody for parole and probation violations, Blanco said.The minors also tried to purchase alcohol from retailers at five separate locations, but none of the locations sold alcohol to the decoy, she said. 803
