CARROLL COUNTY, Ind. — Several people were injured after a vehicle slammed into the back of a horse-drawn buggy in Carroll County, Indiana, on Sunday evening. Carroll County Sheriff Tobe Leazenby says a 30-year-old woman was driving northbound on State Road 75 just after 5:30 p.m. when she ran into the back of the buggy, which was carrying eight passengers.
