She's due back in court on May 23.Bishop was charged with murder earlier this week following the death of Serge Fournier. The 74 year old man died earlier this month after he was pushed off a public bus in Las Vegas on March 21.Fournier initially refused medical treatment but went to the hospital later that day. On May 3, police were notified that the man had died from his injuries.
