Walmart is making its opioid policy more strict, limiting the duration of such prescriptions and requiring that they be filled electronically.The company announced on Monday that within 60 days, it will only fill first-time acute opioid prescriptions for seven days or less nationwide, and it will limit the dosage to 50 morphine milligram equivalents, or MMEs, per day. (KGTV) -- An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.6 rumbled Southern California Sunday morning.According to the US Geological Survey, the earthquake happened before 7:20 a.m. southwest of Warner Springs.The quake was originally reported as a 3.8 magnitude, but was later downgraded to a 3.6, the USGS reports.People throughout the county immediately took to social media to report the event. VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) — A double shooting in North County has left one woman dead and a man hospitalized Saturday.A caller reported two people suffering from gunshot wounds, one was not breathing, at a home in the 1800 block of Hartwright Road just before 7 a.m., according to San Diego County Sheriff's Department.Deputies and Vista Fire personnel arrived to find one woman with a traumatic gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A man suffering from a suspected gunshot wound was transported to a nearby hospital with "severe" injuries, deputies say. Deputies said his prognosis is unknown.The San Diego County Medical Examiner has not released the identity of the woman pending family notification.
