(KGTV) — On the heels of several casino reopenings in San Diego County, Harrah's Resort is phasing in hotel guests after it started its reopening process Friday.The casino and resort says it has instituted new policies surrounding cleaning and sanitation and physical distancing to adhere to county guidelines and fight the spread of COVID-19.Changes at the resort include:"All guests will be required to wear their own face mask and will receive temperature checks prior to entering the building All guests must be 21 and older All teammates will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and will receive temperature checks at the beginning of each shiftProper social distancing must be practiced at all times in all areas of the resort.
