(AP) — Facebook says it will restrict QAnon and stop recommending that users join groups supporting it, but the company is stopping short of banning the right-wing conspiracy movement outright. Facebook said Wednesday it is banning groups and accounts associated with QAnon, U.S.-based militia groups and anarchist groups that support violence. But the company will continue allow people to post material that supports these groups - so long as they do not otherwise violate its content policies against things like hate speech and abuse. OCEANSIDE, Calif. (KGTV)- The freeway is back open in Oceanside after a big rig crash caused a major mess. It happened just after 10:30 a.m. on the southbound I-5 just north of Harbor Drive near Camp Pendleton. According to the CHP, the driver of a flatbed pulled off to the shoulder to check the equipment he was carrying. The driver of a big-rig hauling an excavator passed by and clipped the rear tire of the truck that was parked. The driver of the semi lost control, went down the embankment, hit a tree and flipped over. Remarkably, the driver is expected to be OK. "Very fortunate, judging the distance and the weight that we're looking at in these vehicles and the condition that the big rig is in that he sustained only minor injuries, " said CHP Officer Mark Latulippe. OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) — An orphaned mountain lion cub who was badly burned in a Northern California wildfire is being treated at the Oakland Zoo after being rescued. The zoo says a firefighter rescued the four- to six-week-old cub Wednesday from the Zogg Fire. The cub, who weighs less than 4 pounds, had his whiskers singed off and his paws badly burned.
