The latest is the owner has the goat and is walking him back to his vehicle saying he was a BAAAAAAAD goat. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Starting this year, San Diego State University will begin restricting freshmen living on campus from parking their cars on campus.The new policy will go into effect beginning this fall, the university said Thursday.
