SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Police have identified both the victim and the suspect after a man died following a stabbing in Rancho Pe?asquitos Thursday afternoon. According to police, the stabbing happened on the 9500 block of High Park Lane just before 2 p.m.Police arrived as they say the suspect, Howard Forrest Lowe, 52, was riding away on a bike. Lowe was arrested and will be booked into jail on suspicion of murder, police say.After entering the home’s garage, police found 72-year-old Richard Dale Munsinger. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – Police are looking for the person suspected of using an incendiary device to intentionally start a fire at a San Diego police substation in Logan Heights.At around 11:15 p.m. Monday, officers responded to reports of a fire in the rear parking lot of the Central Division substation in the 2500 block of Commercial Street.Responding firefighters put out the fire before it caused serious damage. No injuries were reported.The Metro Arson Strike Team was called in to investigate the incident after it was determined the fire was sparked by some sort of explosive.Police are viewing trolley security camera footage as part of their search for the suspected arsonist responsible for the blaze. 717

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - President Donald Trump said San Diego "needs a wall" while he toured eight border wall prototypes along the county's southern border Tuesday.During his visit, the president stopped intermittently during his inspection of the structures to discuss the wall and, at times, slam the state over its immigration policies."For the people that say no wall, if you didn't have walls over here you wouldn't even have a country," Trump said at the prototypes. "And, by the way, the state of California is begging us to build walls in certain areas.
