(KGTV) - A San Bernardino County couple has been arrested after authorities say they kept their three children in unsanitary and unsafe conditions.Sheriff's Department deputies were conducting an area check Wednesday afternoon in the 7000 block of Sunfair Road when they located a trailer that appeared abandoned. A large rectangular box made of plywood was also located on the property.Upon inspection, deputies found there was no electricity or running water and several large holes, mounds of trash, and human feces on the property.RELATED: Perris couple accused of torturing, shackling kids return to courtPolice said the parents, identified as Mona Kirk, 51, and Daniel Panico, 73, did not provide their three children, ages 11-, 13-, and 14-years-old, with enough food either.About 30-40 cats were also found roaming freely inside the trailer and on the property.Kirk and Panico were arrested and charged with willful cruelty to a child in lieu of 0,000 bail.The three children have been transported into the care of San Bernardino County Children and Family Services. 1140

Nash also had a top 10 hit in 1968 with “Hold Me Tight.”Nash achieved success at a young age, releasing three studio albums before his 20th birthday with Paramount. JAMUL, Calif. (KGTV) - A stretch of Highway 94 where a Border Patrol agent died is now dedicated in his name. Jarod Dittman was killed near the 8.5 mile marker on Otay Lakes Road in Jamul in March 2008. He was driving to his assigned patrol route when he rolled over. Dittman had been working with the Border Patrol for one year. On Monday, Dittman’s family and Border Patrol agents mounted two memorial signs. They also gathered at Eastlake Church for prayers and remembrance. “Thank you for never leaving my side,” said Dittman’s widow as she spoke to her late husband’s Border Patrol colleagues. Agent Dittman was 28 years old when he died. He is survived by his wife and daughter. 692

Watt, a star defensive end for the Houston Texans, has offered to pay for the funerals of the victims of Friday's school shooting at Santa Fe High School, NFL.com reports.Ten people were killed in the shooting on Friday morning, and another 10 were injured. A suspect is in custody and has reportedly confessed to the shooting. He's being held without bond on capital murder charges.This wouldn't be the first time Watt has stepped up for the greater Houston community in the face of tragedy.
