A 6-year-old girl shared her thoughts on Baltimore's crime through a heartfelt Facebook video as the city deals with more than 30 murders in the month of April.In the video, you can see 6-year-old Kelsey wearing a shirt that says "Don't Shoot Let Me Grow Up" as she begins to share her feeling on the numerous killings that are plaguing the city that she calls home."Why can't y'all just let us live, why can't y'all just let us grow up, why can't you just let us have fun when we want to play with our friends. Well, we can't because y'all out there shooting kids, shooting babies, shooting mothers and fathers," said Kelsey.Kelsey began to make an emotional outpour as she cried sharing the frustrations that she feels as a child in Baltimore City."This is not a world you let other people shoot in, we want our lives to be better than this," said Kelsey. (KGTV) — Tennessee authorities arrested a man after they say he robbed a Subway restaurant and returned to retrieve his sandwich.Zachary Miller, 34, was arrested in Tennessee after robbing the Gwinnett County, Ga., restaurant on Oct. 9, according to Atlanta ABC-affiliate WSB-TV.Police said Miller ordered a sandwich and as he was checking out, he jumped over the counter and demanded money.MAP: Track crime happening in San Diego CountyHe was reportedly given 0 and then he fled the store.Police said video showed Miller then run back into the store and grab his sandwich before he ran away again.Miller reportedly had active warrants in both Tennessee and Georgia, according to WSB-TV, and is accused of robbing restaurants in both states. 752

According to the lawsuit, the logo included his hand, the initials “KL” and the number 2, which he wore for much of his career. As part of an endorsement deal with Nike, Leonard allowed the company to use the logo on certain merchandise while he continued to use the logo on non-Nike goods. The lawsuit also claims that, without Leonard’s consent, Nike filed an application for copyright registration of his logo and “falsely represented in the application that Nike had authored the logo.”As part of the lawsuit, Leonard is seeking a “declaratory judgment of non-infringement and that Leonard is the author of the logo and Nike, in registering for the copyright of Leonard’s logo, committed fraud on the Copyright Office.”Leonard played for the San Diego State Aztecs and is currently a forward for the Toronto Raptors. 969
