CARLSBAD (KGTV) — A woman visiting Legoland in Carlsbad was stunned when she spotted someone angling their phone into her changing stall at the water park. "I saw a phone at the corner, which is under the divider of the stalls. So I called out to that person, 'Excuse me, what's that phone doing there?'" Carisma Jucaban recalled.She thought it may have been a child or just an accident, but it was not."As soon as I heard the door open, I ran out to take a look, but he was already making a turn. And I was kind of standing there like, 'What just happened?' My husband is looking at me like, What's going on?' I was like, 'Did you see that guy?'" Jucaban explained.Jucaban immediately reported the man to Legoland security and within hours they found him. Carlsbad police arrested 26-year-old Anthony Galindo of Los Angeles. "They looked through his phone and found a bunch of disturbing — they didn't really specify what it was — I don't really want to know. And from there, the police arrested him," she said.Legoland released a statement that reads in part: "Park staff acted promptly as the safety and security of park guests is the number one priority. Park officials are assisting Carlsbad police with the investigation."The information about the suspect's phone was given to Jucaban by security. It has not been verified by Carlsbad police. 1356

CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Two siblings, one brother and one sister, had their children at Cape Coral Hospital on the same day, within hours of one another.Kenia Pozo and her older brother Marcus had a daughter and a son on May 14th.Pozo and her brother's girlfriend Katery Lara, gave birth after two subsequent cesarean sections. Pozo was scheduled to have hers first and give birth to a girl, Michaela Rose, just before 8 a.m. Lara gave birth to a boy, Kaiser Alexis, just after 11 a.m. the same day.The two women say they grew especially close during their pregnancies. Initially, Lara was due on May 26th and Pozo was due May 27th. Both women initially thought that they would give birth at least a day apart from one another. Pozo and Lara, who both have the same doctor, discovered they were going to deliver on the same day after scheduling their surgeries. The women said they were happy to have gone through the experience together and they hope their children will share a special bond because of how they came into the world.  1093

CBS Television Studios has released a statement after "NCIS" star Pauley Perrette implied that "multiple physical assaults" were the reason she quit the hit series.In a series of tweets earlier this week, Perrette -- who played forensic scientist Abby Sciuto -- talked about "tabloid articles out there that are telling total lies about me" and referenced her not "spilling the beans."She also mentioned "a very rich, very powerful publicity 'machine'" she also alleged was spreading false information about her before tweeting the reason she says she left."Multiple Physical Assaults," Perrette tweeted. CARMEL, Ind. -- A 22-year-old man stole a popular English bulldog from a family's yard last year, leading to a social media campaign to try and find him, police say.Reid Albrecht, 22, is accused of stealing a bulldog, named Gus, from a yard in the 3000 block of Hazel Foster Drive. The theft happened in October 2017. During the Carmel Police Department's investigation of Gus' disappearance, multiple people said they remembered seeing Albrecht with a bulldog that matched the description. Albrecht had been telling people he adopted the bulldog from the Humane Society, but neither the Indianapolis nor the Hamilton County Humane Society had a record of him adopting an animal.Albrecht was known to live with his father at a house about 1,000 feet from the victim's house.At the time of his arrest, Albrecht was in jail serving a 180-day sentence for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. The Facebook page "Gus is Missing" has nearly 1,900 likes, with many people sharing and commenting that they hope Gus will be returned to his home.
