The Indian side, speaking highly of the significance of Li's visit, said it would help maintain the good momentum of the bilateral relations.
"If we perceive these negotiations in this relationship as a battle for winners and losers, there will only be losers. That's the difference between competition and collaboration ... We want to see these trade deals come in a way that is mutually beneficial."
China is willing to enhance infrastructure construction, energy, agriculture, health cooperation with Niger in accordance with market rules and business principles to achieve mutual benefits and win-win results, said Li.
