SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — One day after San Diego County allowed dining in restaurants to resume with modifications, Pacific Beach's El Prez was ordered to close for violating county public health orders.Now, the restaurant and bar says it's hoping to reopen sometime next week after passing an health department inspection.Last week, El Prez was the scene of customers ignoring physical distancing and facial covering rules. This facility will remain closed until further notice," Supervisor Nathan Fletcher said at the time. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - One man is dead and another injured after a shooting in City Heights Saturday night. 31-year old Dionte Floyd was killed and 38-year old Dashe Wallace was seriously injured, police said. Wallace's condition was unknown as of Sunday afternoon.According to police, the shooting happened around 6 p.m. on the corner of El Cajon Boulevard and 52nd Street. Police said two groups were involved in a fight when someone started shooting. Two of the men were shot several times before the suspects left the area. Police are reviewing surveillance footage to try to figure out what happened and find the suspects involved. 641

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — More San Diego college students will be moving back to campus this weekend, as San Diego State grapples with trying to reduce its cases more than three weeks after its fall semester began.When SDSU started moving students back onto campus at the end of August, COVID-19 testing wasn't mandatory. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 35 to 40-years-old and between 5’6’” and 5’9” tall.During the June robbery the man was wearing blue jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.
