UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- Chinese and U.S. leaders on Tuesday vowed to promote bilateral cooperation in global response to climate change.
Wang called on APEC economies to strengthen regional agricultural exchanges and cooperation, build a stabilized and long-term cooperative mechanism and set up service platforms for agricultural enterprises and scientific research institutions.
During the talks, the two sides agreed to strengthen coordination within international and regional institutions.
"Opportunity waits for no one," said the president, calling on the Macao compatriots to take the best of the institutional advantages of "one country, two systems."
