PINE VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) - A Pine Valley restaurant owner is defying San Diego County orders to move his restaurant outside, saying he will continue to ignore the purple tier rules to keep his business afloat.When it was announced that San Diego County would move into the more restrictive purple tier, Major’s Diner owner Larry McNamer told ABC 10News he had plans to stay open inside, even though all restaurants are required to move outside completely. He stayed true to his word, operating indoors, saying he still follows social distancing practices, but needs the inside space because his restaurant is only open for breakfast and lunch, and the winter months bring temperatures in the 30s for the mountain community.“They’re saying they wanted us back outside and we said no absolutely not, not going to do it,” said McNamer.RELATED: "We are over it." It was really nice to see that there was a lot of people that care about the businesses and want us to stay open and are willing to fight alongside us for this thing,” McNamer said.He added that in the first two days of openly defying the tier, the only interaction he’s had with the County or officials has been one call from his health inspector.“He was just wondering what our intentions really were. His boss had asked him to call me and ask where we’re standing on this,” said McNamer.McNamer said he has no plans to close his indoor operations, even if he receives warnings. He said if the County decides to fine him, they won’t be receiving any money from him.“Great, bring it on. I can barely pay my bills now, where do you think that money is going to come from. You won’t get it,” he said.He is not alone. Other business owners in San Diego have similar frustrations. A reopen rally is set for Monday afternoon at the County Administration Building. Police said a two-year old boy died after ingesting medication at his grandmother’s house in Henrico County, Virginia Friday afternoon, according to WTVR-TV.Lt. Richard Brown with Henrico Police said the two-year-old swallowed up to 12 adult-dosage pills before he was transported to VCU Medical Center where he died.Officials said his body has been transported to the medical examiner’s office to determine his exact cause of death.When reporters arrived at the home Saturday, social services workers were inside investigating.The family’s spokesperson, Ricky Johnson, said he could not provide additional information since Kejon Edwards’ death is still under investigation.“We suffered a loss and we are just asking that you pray for this family and pray for this community,” said Johnson with the Ricky Johnson and Friends Foundation. “The family is asking for privacy right now, while we try to figure this out. People who watch certain classic Disney movies on Disney+ will see a new, more strongly worded advisory warning about racist content.Disney announced last year when they launched they would include an advisory on some films that read "may contain outdated cultural depictions."Now, the advisory has stronger wording, and will be included on films like “Peter Pan,” “Dumbo” and “Lady and the Tramp” that contain racist or insensitive content. In a statement on their website, they explain their decision to add an advisory.“As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, we are in the process of reviewing our library and adding advisories to content that includes negative depictions or mistreatment of people or cultures. Rather than removing this content, we see an opportunity to spark conversation and open dialogue on history that affects us all,” the company states.Disney says they are making decisions on which films receive the advisory based on guidance from third-party partners, including AAFCA, GLAAD, NALIP, among others.This is what the new advisory says:This program includes negative depictions and/or mistreatment of people or cultures. PERRY HALL, Md. - Baltimore County Police say they have four teenage suspects in custody that are suspected to be involved in the death of an officer. At least one of the suspects is facing murder charges. On Monday around 2 p.m. ET, officer Amy Caprio was killed in the line of duty while investigating suspicious activity in Perry Hall. She was almost a four-year veteran of the force. Tuesday morning, police announced that a 16-year-old Dawnta Anthony Harris was arrested shortly after the death of that officer. Police were called to the scene after a woman said a black Jeep Wrangler was near her home, and three suspicious subjects were walking around. The woman stayed on the phone with a dispatcher and said that the three people had broken in and that an officer was on the ground after confronting the driver of the Jeep. Another witness says they saw the Wrangler drive over Caprio, and then drive away, according to the charging documents.Shortly after, another person called 911 saying that she found the Jeep Wrangler was abandoned nearby. A description of the driver was sent out over the police radio and officers were able to find the driver who was later identified as Harris. Charging documents continue to say that Harris admitted that he was waiting in the driver's seat of the Jeep Wrangler while his other associates were burglarizing the house. He then said he tried to drive away in the Wrangler when he saw Caprio arrive in the area. He tried to flee, but Caprio followed him to a cul-de-sac.Caprio demanded he exit the car. He opened the door slightly, shut it, and then drove toward her. He then admitted leaving the Wrangler where it was later found nearby, according to the documents. Harris has been charged with first-degree murder. A spokesperson with police did say the teenager will be charged as an adult.Baltimore County Police say Harris' associates are in custody and they are all teenage boys. Detectives have verified that the group were involved in burglaries in the area. Officers will be canvassing for property stolen during the burglaries on Tuesday.  2176

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — A father and daughter were arrested on Tuesday in Panama City, Florida on charges of incest.Panama City Police arrested 39-year-old Justin Bunn and 19-year-old Taylor Bunn just before 11 a.m. on Tuesday.According to arrest records, the father and daughter were seen having sex in their backyard on Wakulla Avenue on February 18.On Tuesday, investigators say that both Justin and Taylor admitted to having consensual sex, arrest records state.Both were arrested and charged with incest.
