CINCINNATI -- Kyle Jacob Plush called 911 twice hours before he was found dead inside his car at Seven Hills School. Plush, 16, first called 911 at 3:16 p.m. Tuesday. He cried for help and repeatedly told the operator he could not hear what she was saying.“I can’t hear you … I need help, I’m gonna die here,” Plush said.The first unit, with two Cincinnati officers, was dispatched to respond at 3:23 p.m. They arrived minutes later, reported not seeing anything and attempted to call Plush’s phone. There was no answer. A Hamilton County sheriff's deputy checked the area again at 3:48 p.m. to no avail. At some point, Plush called 911 a second time. It is not clear the exact time he made this second call."This is not a joke," he said. "I am trapped inside a gold Honda Odyssey van in the parking lot of Seven Hills ... Send officers immediately. I'm almost dead."A passerby called police at 8:56 p.m., and dispatch requested police and ambulance minutes later. Nick Francis, director of Experiential Learning at Seven Hills School, said in a 911 call a security guard contacted him and told him to call 911 because they found a kid in his car. Francis told the dispatcher he wasn’t at the school, but they had been “missing a kid.”“I got a call from a security guy there because we were trying to find this kid, and he just all of a sudden called me, 'Nick we found him. Call 911, he's in his car,’” Francis told the dispatcher.Around 9 p.m., according to police, a family member discovered Plush dead inside his 2002 Honda Odyssey -- a death Hamilton County Coroner Lakshmi Sammarco would rule accidental "asphyxia caused by chest compression."Something -- neither Sammarco nor Lt. CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) -- Police in Chula Vista have identified the man suspected of killing a relative Saturday afternoon. According to police, Norberto Sanchez, 55, is suspected of shooting and killing 65-year-old Maria Esther Gonzales on the 1100 block of Oasis Avenue. Police received a call around 12:30 p.m. from Sanchez’s niece. The woman told police that Sanchez called her to tell her he killed his father’s wife and was on his way to her home on the 500 block of Arizona Street. Police responded to the area and arrested Sanchez for murder. At this time, it’s unclear what the motive may have been for the crime. CHULA VISTA (KGTV) -- A frightening scene for any family to witness was captured on video just before Valentine’s Day outside an East Chula Vista gas station. A clip posted to Facebook shows a man screaming racial obscenities at a female customer while the woman he’s with calmly pumps gas into their car.The incident reportedly happened at the Shell gas station at the Village Marketplace in the Eastlake neighborhood of Chula Vista at around 4 p.m., according to the victim.In a Facebook video post, the victim wrote that the man had approached her car and began shouting vulgarities then returned to his car. “No there is nothing done prior to this on my part. No there was nothing wrong that I knew of. No, there was no history," the victim wrote in the Facebook video post."No, I've never seen this couple before. No, there were no words exchanged between us, no eye contact, he just began to spew hateful commentary when he saw me get out to pump," the victim said.Sensing that something may happen, the victim used her cellphone to record the encounter, and that's when the man approached her again.The video shows a man with face and arm tattoos jumping out of the passenger seat of a light colored Nissan Versa hatchback. He approaches the victim’s car while flashing both middle fingers and screaming, “F*** n*****s!”The man then walked up to the victim’s vehicle and spit on the windshield.10News is not identifying the victim for her own protection.According to the victim, the couple drove away after the woman finished pumping gas.“I am beyond grateful that he, for some reason, changed his mind and did not spit on me or put his hands on me,” the victim said.The woman called Chula Vista Police about five hours after the confrontation at the gas station, according to Chula Vista Police Department Captain Phil Collum. Officers took information from the woman and followed up with her Friday to gather more information and documentation, Collum said. They will evaluate the evidence to see if it amounts to a criminal offense. Collum said police do not know the identity of the man seen in the video. “This is highly unusual,” said Collum. (KGTV) -- Police are investigating two violent incidents that occurred at Chula Vista’s Otay Ranch Town Center in recent weeks.The Chula Vista Police Department is asking for the public’s help as they try to find the people suspected in a stabbing incident on Sept. 25 and an assault on Oct. 2 that happened at the mall on 2015 Birch Rd.In the Sept. 25 incident, at around 6 p.m., two people were approached by a group of four people, and then “three of the subjects began assaulting one of the victims,” police said.Police said one victim was stabbed in the back of the leg and had their backpack stolen. The other victim was not hurt, but one of the assailants took their cell phone.According to police, the incident was captured on video and shared on social media. The suspects in this case were described by police as Black male juveniles.In the Oct. 2 incident, a person was with friends at the mall when he was approached by about eight juveniles. Police said, “One of the suspects then punched the victim and a second suspect stole the victim’s Boston Red Sox baseball hat. Cigarette boxes sold across the United States soon will display a new court-ordered accessory.Starting Wednesday, tobacco brands have been ordered to put "corrective statements" on product packaging that clearly state the harmful health effects of smoking, according to court documents.The order follows a long and rocky road of litigation against the tobacco industry.It comes as a result of a 1999 lawsuit that the US Department of Justice filed against the country's largest cigarette manufacturers and tobacco trade organizations, claiming civil fraud and racketeering violations over the course of more than 50 years.In 2006, federal Judge Gladys Kessler ruled that the tobacco industry had violated civil racketeering laws and ordered companies to issue "corrective statements" on their packaging, on company websites, and in print and television ads. 865
