ST. LOUIS (AP) — A grand jury has indicted the St. Louis couple who displayed guns while hundreds of racial injustice protesters marched on their private street. A lawyer for Mark McCloskey and his wife, Patricia McCloskey, confirmed the indictments Tuesday. A spokeswoman for Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner declined comment.The McCloskeys, who are both attorneys, have become folk heroes among some conservatives. SOLANA BEACH (CNS) - A 77-year-old Solana Beach man diagnosed with dementia was reported missing Monday.Uldarico Baquero was last seen near his home in the 600 block of Nardo Avenue about 9 a.m., according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.Baquero is Hispanic, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.
