(KGTV) -- Video shows the suspected Holy Fire arsonist talking to firefighters before being arrested.51-year-old Forrest Gordon Clark was arrested by sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Orange County Jail Wednesday.In the video, Clark can be seen speaking with firefighters and accusing them of stealing his money. Clark was booked on two counts of felony arson, one count of felony threat to terrorize and one count of misdemeanor resisting arrest.RELATED: Suspect linked to wildfire in Cleveland National Forest arrested in Orange CountyClark is being held on million bail. She returned to San Diego May 21st and returned to work at UCSD Medical Center, just three days later. The transition has not been easy.“A part of me feels guilty leaving my team there. The first day back at UCSD Medical Center I felt lost and I cried.”Wilkinson’s firefighter husband and two young sons understood when she answered the call for help in New York City. She has served on medical missions all over the world but this mission was the most challenging. Her motto is that no patient dies alone.“I became attached to my patients and because their families couldn’t be there, I was there holding their hands when they died.”Wilkinson says her time in New York has made her a better person and a better nurse. 860

(KGTV) - When it comes to lifting up someone in need and changing lives, it only takes one person to make a difference. Owning a busy auto repair shop in Vista isn’t enough for TJ Crossman. Life hasn’t always been easy for him as a cancer survivor, widower and single dad. Four years ago, Crossman discovered ‘Wheels to Prosper’, a nationwide collective of independently owned auto shops that fix up cars and give them away to people in need. Crossman put out the word on social media and applications came pouring in. “I’ve heard about people with cancer, elderly, homeless and want to live in the car,” Crossman said. Applications came pouring in. “It catches on; it’s infectious,” said Crossman. Last year a car was awarded to 19-year-old Matthew Haynes, a heart transplant recipient who spent months in the hospital. “When I learned i won, it was overwhelming. It was great,” said Haynes. “I loved the stereo, the trunk, the seats; I love the whole car.” Two years ago the Tapia family was selected. Their daughter has a rare genetic disorder and needs to be driven to Rady Children’s Hospital on a regular basis. The family car had broken down and ignited on the side of the road. “When we were blessed with this it was an amazing feeling. I know I broke down and cried,” said Michelle Tapia. Haynes and Tapia are grateful to Crossman, who they describe as thoughtful and caring. “It’s just a blessing that a guy like him is around to give reassurance to those who have lost hope,” said Haynes. 1507

(KGTV) - The death of actor Luke Perry from a stroke is raising awareness about the health issue among younger patients. Strokes, which are typically associated with the elderly, are appearing more in people under 50 years old, according to Sharp Health Care. According to the American Heart Association, a stroke happens when a clot in a blood vessel stops blood from reaching the brain. Doctors believe the increase is due to higher rates of obesity and diabetes, and poor management of blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Risk factors include smoking, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. The early warning signs can be remembered as F.A.S.T.:- Face drooping- Arm weakness- Speech difficulty- Time to call 911 “There is this ‘golden window,’ usually within the four and a half hours after the onset of stroke symptoms where people who receive medical treatment during this time have a better chance of survival than those who don’t,” says Dr. Amirhassan Bahreman of Sharp Grossmont Hospital. The only FDA-approved treatment for ischemic strokes dissolves the clot and improves blood flow, according to the American Stroke Association. However, it must be administered within three hours.
