(KGTV) — Police Saturday released a sketch of man who they say grabbed a 16-year-old in a "bear hug" and tried to kidnap her on her way to school.The teenager was walking to El Camino High School on Thursday just before 7:30 a.m. when the suspect walked past her on Mesa Drive, Oceanside Police say. As the two crossed paths, the suspect turned around and grabbed her in a "bear hug." One person has been confirmed dead after a huge fire engulfed and destroyed an apartment building in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo early Tuesday, according to state-run news agency Agencia Brasil.The dramatic fire broke out on the fifth floor of the 26-story building, which collapsed in a fireball an hour and a half later, according to the Brazilian Civil Defense.Seven other buildings were evacuated in the surrounding area.
