OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — A parade of cars and motorcycles circled around a Jewish community center's parking lot on Sunday for a World War II veteran's centennial birthday celebration."Why is everybody here today? Well, you better ask them (family members)," said Mike Katzman, who turned 100 years old on Monday. That’s how cold liquid nitrogen is when it transforms cereal into "Dragon’s Breath."“The vapor coming out of your mouth is a nice effect," said Ron Daranty, who owns Subzero Nitrogen Ice Cream in Parkland.However, a mom in St. Augustine is warning parents of children with asthma about the fad food after her son experienced health issues from eating Dragon's Breath.“We’ve sold thousands of them since January and we never had any issue," Daranty said.Subzero employees in Parkland have always warned people to be careful with the very cold cup and avoid drinking any excess liquid nitrogen, Daranty said. But they serve that ice cream in a way that's safe. “When we do ice cream, the nitrogen is just there to freeze the liquid into the more solid form so by the time they eat it, the nitrogen is gone, it’s evaporated away," Pait said.Daranty said employees are specially trained on how to handle liquid nitrogen. OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Forever 21 is one of a handful of stores that allows men and women to try on clothes in the same area.Now, some shoppers believe it might be time for a change.This comes after a man was charged for allegedly recording a woman and a girl inside a Forever 21 changing room at the Overland Park mall.“For a place like this, I don't think that's appropriate at all to have men, women and children in the same dressing room at all,” said Jaymee Henderson, who shops at Forever 21.Scripps station KSHB in Kansas City sat down with an attorney to find out what the laws are when it comes to recording video in a clothing store like this.Attorney Bernie Rhodes said anything within the store is fair game."If I want to walk into a Forever 21 store and put my cell phone in my breast pocket and film my interaction with the sales clerk, that's perfectly legal,” said Rhodes.But once you get to the dressing room area, the rules change."What a store can't do is install a security camera in the bathroom or dressing rooms because there we have what we call an expectation of privacy. The same is true for perverts,” said Rhodes.Rhodes said a person can record themselves in the dressing room with their own device.In the Forever 21 dressing rooms, there is a large gap between the floor and the fitting room wall. PHOENIX — Arizona news station ABC15 has learned that an Arizona lawyer assisting the Trump campaign is looking at ballots filled out with Sharpies as one focus for what could become an attempt to flip Arizona to President Donald Trump.The attorney says many Trump supporters who used Sharpies are worried that their votes are being thrown out as the counting process continues around Arizona. There is no evidence at this point that Sharpie votes have been disqualified.The attorney, who has deep roots in the state’s election processing system, told ABC15’s Nicole Valdes that the Sharpie ballots are on the radar of those deciding what, if anything, they may do in court. The information was given on condition that the source would not be named. ABC15 has verified that the attorney has direct knowledge of the developing legal strategy for President Donald Trump in Arizona.The information comes as ABC News reported Wednesday that Governor Doug Ducey told the White House he “sees something” that could get Arizona and its 11 electoral votes in the win column for the President.At this point, there’s no sign of any movement toward actual litigation around the Sharpie ballots or any other vote casting or vote counting activity.Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs is on the record defending the Sharpie ballots, though a ballpoint pen is the recommended method for filling out a ballot.
