CLAY COUNTY, Tennessee — Three people were shot Monday morning at a residence in Clay County, Tennessee, where a school bus driver pulled up to the scene and provided aid.The incident was reported at a home on Crabtree Creek Road and North Fork Road in Whitleyville. A school bus driver called 9-1-1 after he or she pulled up to a stop and realized there had been an incident in the home. Initial reports indicated that the shooting happened on a school bus. However, Clay County School officials confirmed the incident did not happen on the bus. The bus driver gave aid to at least one person in the home.  At least two of the victims were airlifted to Nashville for treatment. A third person was transported by ambulance. 756

Those two words cause a lot of stress, anxiety, even depression in so many Americans out there.Like Denise Ferguson.“Oh, my student loans are going to outlast me!” Ferguson said.Like 41 million other Americans, Denise is drowning in student loan debt — 0,000 in her case.“It’s funny because I’m an attorney and a lot of people assume that we attorneys are rich and wealthy,” she said.Well, rest assured, Denise is not one of those types of attorneys.She works with abused and neglected children in the foster care system.“We’re the only alleged first-world country that has all these issues with student loans and people being put into debt in order to do something good,” she said.Denise went to a state school in Pennsylvania for college, the University of Akron for law school.Fifteen years later, the amount of student loan debt she has barely has a dent in it.“If I win the lotto, it’ll get paid off. If I don’t win the lotto, there’s no hope that that’s ever going away,” Denise said. “My house only cost ,000 if that puts anything in perspective.”The average student loan debt for graduates is about ,000. Worst case scenario is that there is some forgiveness or some relief and now you have choices,” DiTullio said. He also suggests borrowers "earn differently" during the pandemic if they have to, to avoid defaulting. COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Two sororities at Texas A&M University are forced to quarantine after having been exposed to COVID-19.The university announced the activities and members of Kappa Kappa Gamma and Delta Delta Delta are experiencing exposure to the virus.Texas A&M has initiated chapter-wide quarantine and contact tracing for those who live in the sorority houses or elsewhere and were in contact.The chapters have been responsive and are responsibly following required steps to continue operations, according to the university.Students, faculty, or staff who receive a positive diagnosis or believe they have been exposed to a positive case must complete a form through the university's reporting portal.Gatherings have also been restricted to 10 or fewer people.Texas A&M kicked off the fall semester both online and in-person on August 19.This story was first reported by Sydney Isenberg at KXXV in Waco, Texas. 942
