SAN DIEGO (CNS) - Live Well San Diego is getting some new wheels.The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to purchase a vehicle that will take the services of the public wellness, safety and quality-of-life program directly to residents.The Live Well ``mobile office'' will offer disaster aid; community health services; housing assistance; and outreach to seniors, veterans and the homeless, according to planners.Supervisor Greg Cox called the rolling service a continuation of Live Well efforts that will allow the county to reach out to citizens more efficiently.The vehicle will make regular stops countywide, Health & Human Services Agency Director Nick Machionne told the board.``We don't anticipate any issues,'' Machionne said. ``The mobility will only improve our access.''The goal is to have the vehicle on the road this year, HHSA spokeswoman Sarah Sweeney said.The program will cost 0,000, which will come out of the fiscal 2019-20 budget. WOODLAND PARK, Colo. — The parents of missing Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth filed a wrongful death lawsuit against her fiancé Patrick Frazee.Attorneys for Darrell and Cheryl-Lee Berreth filed the lawsuit Friday in U.S. District Court in Denver.The suit is seeking an unspecified amount for the Idaho couple’s grief and suffering following the death of their 29-year-old daughter, whose body has yet to be recovered. The lawsuit alleges Berreth was “murdered on or about November 22, 2018, at the direction and/or hand of Frazee in or about Woodland Park, Teller County, state of Colorado.”The couple is also suing for negligence, alleging “Frazee enacted physical, mental, and emotional acts of violence upon Kelsey Berreth prior to her death, Frazee breached the duty of care with which a reasonable person should conduct himself toward another human being.”Frazee was formally charged with murder Monday morning. Authorities allege he tried to find someone to kill Berreth three times between September and November and causing her death on or around Thanksgiving.Berreth was last seen Thanksgiving Day on a grocery store surveillance video with the couple's 1-year-old daughter. Frazee said the two met that day to exchange their child.Authorities believe Berreth was killed at her home in Woodland Park, Colorado. Her cellphone was tracked to Gooding, Idaho, three days after Thanksgiving.ABC News reported earlier this week that a 32-year-old Twin Falls, Idaho, woman was under investigation for possibly disposing of Berreth’s cell phone. Glendon Oakley was shopping for a jersey Saturday when a child came into the El Paso, Texas, store and said there was a shooter at the nearby Walmart.Oakley told CNN no one in the store, including him, paid attention because they didn't understand what the child was talking about. Oakley said he then walked to another store.That's when things went wrong."I just heard two gunshots and a whole bunch of people started running around and screaming," Oakley said.As mayhem erupted over the next five to seven minutes, the armed Oakley planned to go with others who ran out of the store toward the gunshots."But I see a whole bunch of kids running around without their parents. Only thing I think of is pick up as many kids I can as possible," Oakley said.He and another man began corralling children. There were about 13, Oakley said, but he could only carry three."I was just focused on the kids, I wasn't really worried about myself. So just put my head down and just ran as fast as I could," he said. "They were anxious, when they were in my arms, they were trying to jump out of my arms but trying to keep them as tight as possible. They are kids, so they don't understand what is going on."Once he saw police, he said he let the kids go and pulled out his phone "in case they were going to shoot me and started recording while I was running."Oakley said he wasn't concerned with his safety, rather getting the children out of harm's way."I was just thinking about if I had a child and I wasn't around, how I would want another man to react if they saw my child running around," Oakley said.Oakley told CNN affiliate KFOX that he did what he was supposed to do and he doesn't want the limelight on him."I understand it was heroic, and I'm looked at as a hero for it, but that wasn't the reason for me ...," he said as he broke down in tears Sunday. "I'm just focused on the kids I could not get and the families that were lost. It hurts me, like, they were part of me. I don't even know the people that died or the kids that I took with me ...
