But Singapore’s health ministry said later that it retested the man and found him negative. It says it will conduct another test Thursday to confirm his status. "We worked closely with the government to develop a thorough system that tests and monitors all guests and crew and follows public health best practices," a Royal Caribbean representative told CNN. SPRING VALLEY, Callif. (KGTV) — New video shows a man using a massive brick to break into a Spring Valley dessert shop and steal the cash register. A little after midnight on Feb. 28, the video shows a man breaking into Snoice dessert shop in Spring Valley, walking to the bakery in the back and stealing the register, which had 0 inside. Jayrell Ringpis, the store owner, said he felt violated when he saw the video. "It's just disheartening because we're not alone," he said.The thief hit at least two other businesses in the same strip mall as Snoice, which is on Paradise Valley Road. On Friday, a door was missing from a Mexican restaurant halfway down, and a donut shop had a glass door boarded up. The worker at the donut shop says this is not the first time someone has broken in through the glass.Sheriff's Deputies responded to a call around 4 a.m. Thursday but did not find the suspect. The brick left behind did have some blood on it, but the Sheriff's department didn't immediately respond to further questions. SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) — A man who was fatally stabbed in Spring Valley on Friday, and the woman arrested on suspicion of his murder, have been identified.Manuel Castro, 41, was found Friday just after 11:30 p.m. at his apartment in the 3500 block of James Circle, after a reported stabbing. He was rushed to the hospital with a stab wound to the chest, where he died shortly after arriving.Castro's live-in girlfriend, Anielka Arbizu, 37, was found at the scene when deputies arrived. She was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.Sunday, Arbizu was charged with one count of murder at Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility.Sheriff's deputies don't suspect any other suspects in the case. 727

SOLANA BEACH, Calif. (KGTV) - A fire damaged a well-known restaurant across from the Del Mar Fairgrounds Wednesday. Pamplemousse Grill at 514 Via de la Valle caught fire about 10:45 a.m., Solana Beach firefighters confirmed. A witness at the nearby Winners Tennis Club told 10News she saw smoke coming from the kitchen door on the ground floor. The damage was primarily done to the kitchen, firefighters said. There was some minor damage to the restaurant’s seating area. Pamplemousse Grill’s owners are working to reopen the restaurant as soon as possible, according to the Solana Beach Fire Department. 612
