(KGTV) — One man suffered severe injuries after he was hit by a vehicle in El Cajon on Saturday.El Cajon Police said the collision occurred at Jamacha Rd. and Sunnyland Ave. just before 6:30 p.m. It wasn't immediately clear how the man was struck by the vehicle.The man suffered head trauma and a severed foot, according to police.
