KANAWHA COUNTY, W.V. – A number of employees of the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation have been suspended amid an investigation into a photograph showing a training class apparently giving a Nazi salute, officials said.The image shows the class members each with a raised arm as the text above reads "HAIL BYRD!" Southern District of Indiana Judge Tanya Walton Pratt made the order to vacate Taylor’s sentence on account of Taylor’s defense attorney was “lacking experience and preparation in federal court criminal proceedings.”In December 2015, Taylor was sentenced to 27 years in prison after pleading guilty to 12 counts of sexual exploitation of children and one count of receipt and distribution of child pornography and conspiracy to distribute and receive child pornography. "This is retail times pop culture."Funko is known for its vinyl figures that are based on popular movie, TV and comic book characters. It also reproduces real life athletes. The company has licenses with most big studios, including Disney for its Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars characters, Warner Bros. for the DC Comics and Harry Potter franchises as well as Pokémon.
