Attorney General William Barr said Tuesday he expects to release a redacted version of special counsel Robert Mueller's nearly report "within a week," but he does not plan to provide Congress with an unredacted version of the report, setting the stage for a showdown with congressional Democrats.Barr told a House subcommittee Tuesday that the redactions process was going "very well," and he would explain the rationale for the redactions that are made from Mueller's nearly 400-page report. But he said he would not accede to Democrats' demands that he provide the full, unredacted report to Congress, arguing that he cannot legally release grand jury material and that he did not plan to ask a court to release it."I don't intend at this stage to send the full, unredacted report to the committee," Barr said.Barr's comments Tuesday come ahead of a brewing clash between Congress and the Trump administration over the Mueller report, as Democrats are indeed prepared to go to court in an effort to obtain the unredacted Mueller report and the special counsel's underlying evidence. He said he suspected that members of Mueller's team wanted more from him, but he explained that he wasn't trying to summarize the full report with his four-page letter, which stated Mueller's investigation did not establish a criminal conspiracy between Trump's team and Russia, and that Mueller reached no conclusion on the question of obstruction of justice."I suspect that they probably wanted more put out," Barr said. "In my view, I was not interested in putting out summaries or trying to summarize, because I think any summary, regardless of who prepares it, not only runs the risk of being under-inclusive or over-inclusive, but also, would trigger a lot of discussion and analysis that really should await everything coming out at once."Barr said the White House did not review his letter, but he declined to answer questions about whether the White House has been briefed on the report."I've already laid out the process that is going forward to release these reports hopefully within a week. We want to help you do the job, and you need to help us do ours."House Appropriations Chairwoman Nita Lowey told Barr that his handling of Mueller's report was "unacceptable" and the summary he released "raises more questions than it answers.""I look forward to reviewing the Mueller report myself, and I know my constituents do as well," Lowey said. "I understand that portions of it must be redacted as a matter of law, but my hope is that you will stop there and bring transparency to this process as soon as possible."Republican lawmakers, on the other hand, have not so far asked questions about Mueller and are focusing on budget issues in the hearing. BUFFALO, N.Y. — It's chicken nuggets and soft pretzels on the menu at South Buffalo Charter School, but suspension is being served for some lunchroom workers. Three are seen in pictures, posted on a fourth worker's public Instagram account. They are posing on a prep table in the school cafeteria. One of the pictures shows a woman on her knees, with her feet on the table, and a peeled banana held in a phallic position. The woman who took the pictures told 7 Eyewitness News I-Team reporter Ed Drantch, "it was a joke."The pictures were anything but a joke for Dave Cervi, President of Personal Touch Food Service, a third-party vendor that is hired by the school for food service."I can't believe anyone that works in a school, with children, would even consider doing something like that. It was horrifying to us," Cervi said.Personal Touch has been under contract with South Buffalo Charter School for five years.Cervi says this is the first time he's ever dealt with something like this. He says he had the four employees surrender their school ID tags to Principal David Ehrle, and walked out of the building."Everyone has an understanding, upon being hired, this is not the type of behavior you do in general, but certainly not at a school. We don't condone it and we're here to provide a safe environment for the students," Ehrle said.The woman who took these pictures has her own children enrolled at this school. Nearly 1,000 students are enrolled.The pictures were posted four days ago on the worker's public Instagram account.They have since been taken down and the account made private. At least 465 cases of measles have been reported in the United States since January 1, according to the latest numbers shared by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Monday.That's 78 more cases than the number reported last week and includes cases reported to the CDC by state health departments as of April 4.Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts and Nevada reported their first cases of measles this year, bringing the total number of states reporting cases to 19. The other states that have reported measles cases this year are Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Texas and Washington.The total number of measles cases nationwide this year "is the second-greatest number of cases reported in the U.S. since measles was eliminated in 2000," the CDC says. That threshold was reached last week when the national total for the year surpassed last year's total of 372. The largest outbreak was in 2014, when there were 667 cases reported nationwide due to several large outbreaks.Measles is a highly contagious, vaccine-preventable respiratory illness characterized by a rash of flat red spots.
