SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — Normal Heights will become the testing ground for 7-Eleven's newest store strategy aimed at young consumers.The company will open a location of its "Evolution Store" concept at 3504 El Cajon Blvd. "in the next month or so," a company spokesperson told 10News.The store, geared to have a millennial appeal, will offer consumers options like made-to-order coffee and smoothie drinks, kombucha and cold brew on tap, and self-serve frozen yogurt. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Quiet neighborhood walks have turned disturbing for a growing number of women in Rancho Bernardo.Along Paseo Lucido, feet from a park, Lauren was walking her dog one early evening two weeks ago. She walked past the passenger side of an older, white, 2-door Toyota."The front windows were down and the seat was back ... looked over inside the car and saw he was exposing himself and touching himself," said Lauren.'He' was a large man in his 30s with short dark hair."He smiled when he saw me looking. I immediately looked away. Just very anxious and scared," said Lauren.Lauren took off for a neighbor's house. When she returned minutes later, the car was gone. About a week later - around 6:30 a.m. last Thursday - Robbie was blocks away on Avenida Venusto when a similar car, driven by a man with a similar description, pulled ahead of her and parked in a red zone."Kind of slouched back. He has his pants down, and he's actively touching himself," said Robbie.And again, the stranger met a woman's glance before driving off."And he looked up at me with a big smile on his face," said Robbie. These women aren't alone, as Lauren found out when she posted her incident on the Nextdoor app for her area."There are at least seven other women who have encountered this person in the last few months," said Lauren.In many cases, the women report the car pulling ahead and stopping. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Passengers in a deadly bus crash near Fallbrook on I-15 Saturday suffered broken bones, cuts and scrapes, according to California Highway Patrol.A 23-year-old woman from Mexico, a 73-year-old woman from Pasadena, and a 67-year-old woman from Riverside lost their lives in the crash.In a press release CHP stated 8 of the 20 passengers were from Mexico, one was from Temecula and the others were from Southern California. Their ages range from 5-years-old to 75-years-old.READ RELATED: At least three dead, 18 injured in bus rollover on Interstate 15The 5-year-old boy who was airlifted to the University of Riverside Health Services Medical Center has life threatening head injuries. He was from Mexico.Four passengers are being cared for at Inland Valley Medical Center. Seven are being treated at Temecula Valley Medical Center. Five are at the Palomar Medical Center.CHP issued a correction, saying there were 21 people total on the bus, instead of 22 as they reported Saturday. The error came from double counting the driver.CHP said the National Transportation and Safety Board is arriving Monday to investigate the crash.The bus crashed off the side of South Bound I-15 around 10:25 a.m. Saturday while rain was falling south of Fallbrook. 1272
