SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Strong Santa Ana winds moved through San Diego County Tuesday, toppling a big rig as it traveled on Interstate 8 near Alpine. The crash happened at 8:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes at Willows Road, blocking the left lane for about an hour and a half, CHP officer Jim Bettencourt reported. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Several protesters were arrested in downtown San Diego Friday night as demonstrators gathered following a grand jury announcement in the Breonna Taylor case.San Diego Police tweeted just before 11 p.m. that three protesters were arrested at B Street and Columbia Street.One of the demonstrators was arrested for robbery of a cell phone while two others were arrested for interfering with an arrest.
