The crash happened at 8:30 a.m. in the eastbound lanes at Willows Road, blocking the left lane for about an hour and a half, CHP officer Jim Bettencourt reported. Another semi overturned on Interstate 15 in Fontana. San Diegan Bashar Shebo was driving through the area on his way to Las Vegas.
