A Cincinnati police officer outed an undercover colleague to the nightclub owner under investigation and concealed ,000 in off-duty income from the IRS, according to federal prosecutors.Quianna Campbell, 39, was arrested Friday. Every user who comes to the facility sits in a waiting room after injecting. They are monitored to make sure there isn’t a delayed overdose and so they are not high on the streets.
