Unemployed in California will receive additional unemployment assistance from the federal government but it still remains unclear when the money will be available.On Saturday, the state’s Employment Development Department (EDD) announced the federal government approved its application for the Lost Wages Assistance program. The money is part of an executive order that President Donald Trump signed earlier this month.Additional funds will be available for a limited period of time, a minimum of three weeks. John McCain in August and Sen. Ted Kennedy in 2009.People are diagnosed with glioblastoma live, on average, for another 11 to 15 months. Very few survive the disease, so the group of researchers wanted to know why some patients live longer than others.Professor of Radiation Oncology, Dr. Baldassarre Stea, says the clue lies in the RNA of short and long-term patients.The team looked at the genetic variation in about three dozen patients.What they found is a gene called WIF1 is distinctly higher in patients who survive longer, according to Dr. Stea. Two men detonated an "improvised explosive device" on Thursday, injuring 15 people inside a restaurant in Mississauga, Ontario, police said.Peel Regional Police say the suspects walked into the Bombay Bhel Indian restaurant about 10:30 p.m. and detonated the device and fled.Surveillance photos show the men wearing jeans and dark-colored hoodies.
