Instead, turn the gift sideways and you should be able to wrap with no issues. If you don’t have wrapping paper or if it’s too expensive, Witulski says there’s nothing wrong with using tissue paper. “Tissue paper comes in really nice packaging these days,” said Witulski. “You can get multiple designs in one package for just a few dollars. And it's usually between 20 to 30 sheets per package and that's plenty for you to do a lot of giftwrapping."However, you’ll need to remember to use two to three sheets, so you don’t see the gift and the tissue doesn't rip. Soft items like clothes can be hard to wrap, especially if you don’t have a box. Witulski suggests using two sheets of tissue. Roll the item, place it on the tissue and then start to roll up the clothes into the tissue, making it look like a piece of candy. SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Rainwater run-off from the Tijuana River flooded parts of Monument Road, Thursday afternoon. Just up the hill is the border fence that separates Mexico and the United States. But that does not stop debris from flowing into San Diego. Residents in the area say this flooding happens every time it rains. Precipitation means the Tijuana River Diverter gets shut down, which brings in millions of gallons of stormwater run-off, including trash, raw sewage, chemicals, and diseases. To many, the stench is unbearable. “There’s a tire factory that’s dumping chemicals down there. There’s a car battery company dumping chemicals, you have every chemical and disease coming through here, and our poor Border Patrol has to go through it," resident, James Martin said. US Border Patrol's Swift Water Response team closed off Monument Road earlier in the afternoon, while monitoring the flow from above. Because of this toxic run-off, San Diego County announced they have block access to all beaches in the South Bay. Mark Milley have raised serious concerns with the White House in the last 48 hours after President Donald Trump signaled he would block the Navy from ejecting Eddie Gallagher from the SEALs, an administration official told CNN."There is extreme concern over decision making being pulled from the Navy," one administration official told CNN Saturday in reaction to Trump's Thursday tweet that "the Navy will NOT be taking away Warfighter and Navy Seal Eddie Gallagher's Trident Pin." The Trident Pin, which is worn by Navy SEALs, is awarded following their completion of an intense qualification course and symbolizes membership in the elite military community.As of Saturday afternoon, a review of Gallagher's status was expected to proceed.
