Two California men were taken into custody for reportedly dancing naked on a boat near Lake Havasu in Arizona on Saturday.According to a release from the Mohave County Sheriff's Office, 38-year-old Jason Michael Faust and 37-year-old Robert Paul Yow were each arrested for felony indecent exposure. Officials say deputies had received a call that Faust and Yow were seen dancing naked on their boat at The Sandbar, north of Lake Havasu. The caller told authorities that three children, all under the age of 15, were present during this incident. When the family tried to confront Faust and Yow about their behavior, they reportedly became aggressive, and, "continued to show their genitals to the family."As deputies arrived, they observed that Faust, who was the driver of the boat, was inconsistent with his speed and made erratic changes in direction. Officials say both men reportedly admitted to taking their clothes off. Neither acknowledged knowing that children were present at the time, officers reported. Faust reportedly told deputies, “It’s the lake, it’s just what you do," and admitted that he had been drinking around since 7 a.m. but would not submit to a breath or field sobriety tests.  1267

(KGTV) - A North San Diego County resident resorted to Wild West measures after he was the victim of a crime, creating "Wanted: Dead or Alive" posters to find a thief.The San Diego Sheriff’s Office says approximately ,800 worth of items ranging from power tools to a mountain bike were stolen from a home on Valley Center Road on February 16.SDSO was working the case when the homeowner told deputies he had hung posters with the suspect’s image bearing ‘wanted dead or alive’ and the station’s number around town.“We don’t encourage vigilantism,” said Sgt. Russell Ryan.Ryan says SDSO asked the man to remove the posters but the man claimed he was exercising his first amendment rights.SDSO’s Valley Center substation took to Twitter to clarify they were, in fact, looking for the suspect but there was not a death warrant for alleged thief.Deputies were able identify the suspect as 23-year-old Jose Martinez, thanks to the homeowner's surveillance video. Martinez was taken into custody on Wednesday.Martinez is currently being held at the Vista Detention Facility on several burglary-related charges and is believed to be related to other recent thefts, according to SDSO.Sgt. It will unfold while President Donald Trump recovers at the White House after testing positive last week for the coronavirus and spending several days in the hospital, a serious setback for his campaign that adds pressure on Pence to defend the administration’s handling of the pandemic.For Harris, the debate is her highest-profile opportunity to vocalize how the Democratic presidential nominee, Joe Biden, would stabilize the U.S., especially when it comes to resolving the pandemic and addressing racial injustice. She will be able to explain her views on law enforcement, an area in which she’s viewed warily by some progressives, given her past as a prosecutor.Ultimately, the debate is a chance for voters to decide whether Pence and Harris are in a position to step into the presidency at a moment’s notice. It’s hardly a theoretical question as the 74-year-old Trump combats the virus, and Biden, at 77, would become the oldest person to become president if he’s elected.While the debate will likely cover a range of topics, the virus will be at the forefront.Pence and Harris will appear on stage exactly 12.25 feet (3.7 meters) apart separated by plexiglass barriers. VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. – Authorities have released surveillance footage showing Naya Rivera before her disappearance and the 911 call that led to the search for the "Glee" star.Rivera is presumed dead after disappearing while boating with her 4-year-old son at Lake Piru in Southern California.The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office says Rivera rented a boat at the lake Wednesday afternoon and went for an excursion with her son. Thursday evening, officers released security camera footage of the two at the boat launch.Boaters tell authorities that they later found Rivera’s boat drifting in the northern portion of the lake with her son sleeping onboard. A woman called 911 and notified law enforcement of the situation."The emergency is: We have a missing person," an employee of the rental boat business said. "We found a little girl in one of the boats by herself, and the mom's nowhere to be found."The 911 caller initially said the boy was a girl, because of his long hair, KCBS reports.Rivera’s son told investigators that he and his mother had been swimming in the lake and he had gotten back on the boat, but his mom didn’t.Authorities say the child had a life vest on and an adult life vest was found on the boat. The child is healthy and with family.Since Rivera’s disappearance, authorities have been using helicopters, boat crews, divers and unmanned aerial vehicles to search the lake, but there’s been no sign of Rivera yet.Thursday evening, the sheriff’s office announced that the search for the actress has turned into a recovery mission and that she is presumed dead.“Investigators believe Rivera drowned in what appears to be a tragic accident,” the office wrote in a press release.Rivera is best known for her role as Santana on the Fox TV show “Glee.” She appeared in nearly every episode of the musical comedy drama since 2009. 1856
